What we don't do

Questions
The things buyers ask us most.
Is there a minimum order?
We have no minimum for sourcing. Each supplier sets its own minimum, often one carton or a few hundred pieces per item. We tell you the minimum for every item before you decide, and we ask for less when we can.
How much does it cost?
A service fee of 5% of the goods value, with a minimum of US$100 per order. Samples and shipping are charged at cost. You see the full cost before you pay.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer to our company account in China, or by PayPal. We send you an invoice first.
How long does it take?
Quotes usually take 1–2 working days. Goods in stock are usually ready in 3–7 days, and custom goods in 15–30 days. Then add the shipping time for the method you choose.
Can you ship to my country?
Yes, to most countries. Door-to-door delivery with duties paid is available to many countries. Tell us your city and we'll check the options and prices.
Can you put my logo on the products?
Often, yes. Many suppliers can print or engrave logos and make custom labels, cards and boxes. Custom work usually needs a bigger order, and we'll ask how many.
What if something is wrong with my goods?
We check your goods in Yiwu and send you photos before they ship. If a supplier sends the wrong or faulty items, we get them replaced or refunded before the goods leave China.
Can I visit Yiwu with you?
Yes. Tell us your dates. We'll meet you, walk the market with you and help you order on the spot.
Do you only buy in Yiwu market?
Mostly. If an item is made somewhere else in China, we can buy it from the factory and ship it together with your Yiwu goods.
Can you buy branded goods?
No. We don't buy or ship fake brands or copies of famous logos.
